Your questions about our services and policies, answered.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book quickly online via our Book Appointment page, call us directly at +91 88973 65012, or send us a message on WhatsApp. You can choose between an In-Clinic visit or an E-Clinic video consultation.

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?

A: Please bring any relevant medical history records, previous lab reports, your current list of medications, and your ID proof. If you plan to use insurance, please also bring your insurance card/details.

A: You can request a home collection after your GP consultation or by calling us. Our certified phlebotomist will arrive at your location at the scheduled time for sample collection. Results are usually delivered digitally within 24 hours.

Q: What should I do in a medical emergency?

A: This clinic is not equipped for medical emergencies. Please call 108 immediately or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room.
